2. Complete School/Grade Specific Required Documentation and submit AFTER January 28, 2024, it will not be accepted before:
- Original or Certified copy of Birth Certificate to be verified at St. Veronica Catholic School
- Release of Records, if student attended a previous program or school
- Kindergarten applicants: Scholastic Information
- 1-8th grade applicants: Evaluation Narrative
- Original or Certified copy of the student’s baptismal certificate (if applying as a Catholic student)
- International students must provide documentation as stated in the Diocesan Guidelines
- Proof of custody or other court documents where applicable, to be uploaded with the application
- Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form – most recent form must be presented to school by August 1, 2024.
3. Pay the non-refundable Application Fee, $150 per application, starting January 29, 2024.
The fee for the application may be paid by check. You can mail it to St. Veronica Catholic School, 3460-B Centreville Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151 Attn: Mrs. Mary Jo Smith or it can be dropped off in person during school hours.

Application Procedures
ALL supporting documentation cannot be submitted until AFTER January 22, 2024.
- Complete School Specific Required Documentation
- Original or Certified copy of Birth Certificate to be verified at St. Veronica Catholic School
- Parent/Guardian Questionnaire and Preschool Teacher Provider Evaluation. Any documents coming from a previous school must be sent school to school, and NOT through parents. to the Director of Admissions.
- Original or certified copy of the student’s baptismal certificate (if applying as a Catholic student)
- Proof of custody or other court documents where applicable, to be uploaded with the application
- Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form – most recent form must be presented to school by August 1, 2024.

Additional Notes for Preschool Applicants
- Children applying for the 3 year-old program must be 3 years old by September 30th. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Children applying for the 4 year-old program must be 4 years old by September 30th. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Our littlest Victors must be able to use the bathroom independently prior to attendance.
- St. Veronica Catholic School may require readiness screening of all incoming Preschool 4 year-olds. We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.
- Priority is given to registered St. Veronica Catholic Church families and to siblings of students already enrolled in the school.
- St. Veronica Catholic School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or ethnicity.

We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.

Additional Notes for International Students
- Issuance of I-20 will be coordinated with St. Veronica Catholic School and Office of Catholic Schools.
- All fees that are applicable must be paid prior to I-20 issuance.
- Upon acceptance, international student families will be required to submit the PVC point buyout payment.
- St. Veronica Catholic School requires readiness screening of all incoming PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade students, as well as math placement screening for all incoming Middle School students. We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.
