All items donated require a Gala Form (click here for Gala Form); the form allows us to have a description of the item for the Auction Book and provides the donor a receipt for tax purposes. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 27, 2012. Pick up can be arranged by contacting the parish at 703.773.2010 or galachairman@stveronica.net.
