made payable to: Garwood Whaley Music Program
Keep the
pink copy for your records
Return white
& yellow copies of Lesson & Tuition Agreement with check, and
Handbook Slip to the main office.
If you don’t
have an instrument- go to your local music store and ask about their
rental program. Refer to pages 10-11 of the handbook for a list of
needed materials.
